Please send in the following to join my VIP Lounge:

1. $59.95 for a 3 month membership.

2. A signed written statement saying you are at least 21 years of age and it is legal in your community to view explicit adult material and you do not find such material to be lewd or obscene.

3. A copy of your driver's license or passport for proof of age. For your privacy you may mark out all of the information except for your name and date of birth.
